- Information collected automatically: access logs, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source, used for site stability and experience improvements.
- Project materials: scripts, images, audio and other creative assets you authorise us to process during a commercial engagement.

We use information only to respond to your enquiry, perform a contracted engagement, improve our site and products, and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.
3. Our apps
Our mobile applications, including XPhoto and Poze, publish their own data-safety declarations on their Google Play listings. Those declarations govern in-app data handling; this policy governs this website.
4. Project materials and confidentiality
Client creative materials are confidential and are used solely for the agreed deliverables. We do not use them for public display or model training without written consent.

We share information only: (a) with cloud and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service; (b) with your explicit consent; or (c) where required by law or a competent authority.

We apply access control, encryption in transit and least-privilege principles, and retain data only as long as business and legal requirements demand. For data-sensitive clients we offer private deployment so that assets never leave your own environment.
