Some titles, artwork and figures shown here are concept demonstrations or projects still under NDA. They illustrate our capabilities and do not constitute an offer or a performance guarantee.
3. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, copy, interface design and code of this Site belong to ArtVibe Hong Kong Limited. They may not be copied, adapted or used commercially without written permission.
4. Engagements and delivery
Scope, delivery standards, pricing, rights ownership and confidentiality obligations are governed by a separately signed commercial agreement. These terms are not that agreement.
5. Generative AI
Our deliverables may include content created with the assistance of generative models. We commit to using properly licensed assets and models and to providing the production records necessary for each deliverable. Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to the materials they supply.
6. Applications
XPhoto and Poze are distributed through Google Play and are additionally subject to their own in-app terms and to Google Play policies.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant absolute accuracy of content or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the Site.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third parties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
